§ Mr. GREENWOODI would remind the hon. and gallant Member of the recent appointment by myself and my right hon. Friend, the Secretary of State for Scotland, of an Inter-Departmental Committee to inquire into and report upon the present working of the Rent Restrictions Acts and whether any modification or amendments should be made to them.
