May I ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what business will be taken next week?

Mr. SNOWDEN

On Monday: Unemployment Insurance, Money Resolution, Committee.

Tuesday: Education (School Attendance) Bill, Committee.

Wednesday: Private Members' Motions.

Thursday: Expiring Laws Continuance Bill, Committee; Unemployment Insurance, Money Resolution, Report Stage; Cunard (Insurance) Agreement Bill, further stages.

Friday: Private Members' Bills.

On any day, should time permit, other Orders may be taken.

May I add for the information of the right hon. Member for West Woolwich (Sir K. Wood) that we do not propose to take the Trade Disputes Bill on any of these days.

May I ask whether the, Chancellor of the Exchequer is aware that the Foreign Secretary promised that that Bill should be well on its way to the Statute Book by Christmas?

May I ask what business the Government propose to take after Eleven o'clock to-night?

it is proposed to take the Committee stage of the Cunard (Insurance) Agreement Bill and the Second Heading of the Expiring Laws Continuance Bill, which is usually a formal matter. We propose also to take the Motion for the appointment of the Select Committee on Procedure.
