Mr. A. HENDERSONYes, Sir. The claims of all British creditors are being fully considered in the discussions with the Chinese Government which have been proceeding at Nanking. His Majesty's Minister has made it clear that any solution proposed by the Chinese Government should provide for the payment in full of all valid British claims at the earliest possible moment.
