§ Mr. JOHNSTONSurveying and other technical work in the Kelvin Valley has been for some time carried on by the staff of the Department of Agriculture for Scotland, who are presently in negotiation with interests concerned, and I expect that the Department will before long be in a position to issue a draft scheme.
