§ Dr. ADDISONI am unable at present to add anything to the reply which I gave on Monday last to questions on this subject by the hon and gallant Member for Louth (Lieut.-Colonel Heneage), and the Noble Lord the Member for Aldershot (Viscount Wolmer).
§ Lieut.-Colonel HENEAGEIf I put down another question next week is it likely that there will be a statement by the Government as to any reciprocal arrangements stating whether the Government are going to help in this matter?
§ Dr. ADDISONI cannot promise. I am afraid that next week I shall only be able to give the same reply.
