Mr. A. HENDERSONYes, Sir. I am prepared to lay a White Paper dealing with the proposed amendments of the Covenant a the League and the attitude in relation thereto both of His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom and of the other Governments represented at the Imperial Conference.
