§ That they have passed a Bill, intituled, "An Act to prevent the constitution of new local education authorities by reason only of the creation of new boroughs or other urban districts, or the extension of the boundaries of existing boroughs or urban districts." 625§ EAST AFRICA.— That they have appointed a Committee consisting of Ten Lords to join with a Committee of the Commons to consider the Reports on Closer Union in East Africa, etc., and to report thereon, and request the Commons to appoint an equal number of their Members to be joined with said Lords.
