§ Mr. ALBERYHave representations been made to the right hon. Gentleman that this Act fails in practice to give the local authorities control over the sale of adulterated fertilisers and feeding stuffs?
§ Dr. ADDISONI have received representations from, I think, one county council, but the almost unanimous opinion of the Departmental committee was against the suggestion.
