Ordered, That the Lords Message [12th November], communicating the Resolution, 'That it is desirable that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Reports on Closer Union in East Africa [Cmd. 3234 and Cmd. 3378], together with the Statement of the conclusions of His Majesty's Government [Cmd. 3574], and to report thereon.' be now considered."—[Mr. T.
