Mr. W. ADAMSONI think that having regard to the relative populations of the two countries the proportion of milk from licensed tuberculin-tested herds in Scotland does not compare unfavourably and the supply is rising with the demand. I do not think that the higher butter-fat content required in graded milk in Scotland has to any material extent deterred the owners of herds from seeking a graded milk licence.
