80. Duchess of ATHOLLasked the President of the Board of Education whether the programmes of the 218 local education authorities for which he has given estimates of expenditure include the estimated increased expenditure of these authorities on higher education for the years 1930–31, 1931–32, and 1932–33; if not, will he state their estimated increased expenditure on such education for these years; and can he give the estimated increased expenditure on higher education of the remaining 99 authorities for the years specified?
