§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for DOMINION AFFAIRS (Mr. Lunn)His Majesty's Governments in the Dominions were informed by telegram of the position in advance of the communication to Foreign Governments. Two replies were received to this telegram, both of which expressed concurrence in the proposed action.

§ Mr. LUNNNo. As I have said, two replies have been received, including one from the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia.
§ Captain MACDONALDDoes the hon. Member think that a reply informing the 632 Dominions that they had taken this action is the proper procedure?
