§ Mr. SHINWELLThe total quantity of foreign coal which entered this country in the six months April-September, 1930, was 119 tons and its total value £149. I understand that the coal in question was not imported in the ordinary sense of the term; it was discharged from the bunkers of incoming vessels. I am sending the hon.
