Mr. A. HENDERSONYes, Sir. Lord Cecil of Chelwood was a member of the United Kingdom Delegation at the recent Assembly, and, as I have already informed the House, he is representing His Majesty's Government on the Preparatory Commission for the Disarmament Conference.
