§ Sir C. TREVELYANI am sending the hon. Member a copy of an answer which I gave, on the 29th January last, to the hon. Member for Hammersmith North (Mr. J. Gardner), which gives the estimated numbers up to the year 1939. The estimate for 1940 is 5,120,000.
