HC Deb 28 May 1930 vol 239 cc1273-4
9. Mr. G. LOCKER-LAMPSON

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, before he agrees to any new sanctions in the event of the breach of the Kellogg Pact by any Power, he will consult the other signatories of the Pact?

Mr. A. HENDERSON

There is, so far as I am aware, no intention of amending the Pact of Paris, or of incorporating in it any provision for the imposition of sanctions.
