Mr. MOSESasked the Secretary of State for War what use is at present being made of the Isle of St. Nicolas (Drake's Island), in Plymouth Sound; what buildings are erected thereon; whether they are being occupied; and will he consider the advisability of leasing the island to the city council for the use and enjoyment of the public on the same terms as other War Department land is held by them?
