§ The SECRETARY of STATE for SCOTLAND (Mr. William Adamson)Surveys have been made during the past year of certain parishes in the counties of Sutherland, Aberdeen, Perth, Argyll and Ayr, in which the conditions and methods of agriculture practised are regarded as typical of those prevailing in these districts generally. As stated by my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State in the debate on the Estimates of the Department of Agriculture for Scotland on the 22nd instant, the results of these surveys, with the omission of certain confidential particulars, will be published in series in the "Scottish Journal of Agriculture." The first of the series will appear in the Journal which will be issued in July.
