§ Mr. CLYNESIn the case to which the hon. Member refers, the charges related to incidents occurring in 1928 and 2035 early 1929, which have only now come to light. Measures were taken last year which should prevent the possibility of a recurrence of similar incidents, but I hope that, for obvious reasons, the hon. Member will not press me to disclose them in detail.
