HC Deb 13 May 1930 vol 238 cc1616-7
35. Mr. RAMSBOTHAM

asked the President of the Board of Trade what treaties are at present in existence by which this country is forbidden to impose countervailing duties upon bounty-fed imports of any kind?

Mr. W. GRAHAM

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave to a question on this subject by the hon. and gallant Member for Finchley (Mr. Cadogan) on the 28th January last, a copy of which I am sending him.

Major COLFOX

Would the right hon. Gentleman circulate in the OFFICIAL REPORT, in tabular form, a list of the most-favoured-nation treaties which are at present in operation?

Mr. GRAHAM

I think I have already given some information on that point in reply to previous questions. I should like notice of the precise request, but in any event, I will look into it.
