asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether any consular representatives have been appointed by the Soviet Government in Great Britain; and, if so, at what places in this country are there now Soviet consular representatives?

Mr. DALTON

Yes, Sir. The Soviet Government have established a Consulate-General in London, the staff of which includes the Consul-General and a Vice-Consul; there are no other Soviet Consular posts in this country.
