§ The PRIME MINISTERWhen the Chancellor of the Exchequer referred to this matter last week, he said that it would be taken on Monday or Tuesday. Perhaps I might say that it will be more convenient to take it on Monday. The Finance Bill will be circulated to Mem- 1453 bers on Wednesday morning, the 14th May, but we hope that it will be available in the Vote Office on Tuesday; that is to say, to-morrow.
