§ Sir C. TREVELYANThe Board's aim is to secure that all children at the age of 11 are transferred to a fresh school or department. Where this is for the time 1116 being impracticable, the aim is, as my hon. Friend suggests, to secure at that age an effective break in organisation and curriculum within the school.
