HC Deb 08 May 1930 vol 238 c1119
41. Mr. OLDFIELD (for Dr. PHILLIPS)

asked the President of the Board of Education whether he can now give further information as to the local education authorities which are supplying milk to the children in their schools; the methods pursued by them; and the views of the Board on those which are in their opinion most effective?

Sir C. TREVELYAN

In reply to the first part of the question, I am sending my hon. Friend a copy of an answer which I gave a week ago to the hon. Member for Devizes (Mr. Hurd). I regret that I am not yet in a position to communicate the results of the further inquiries which I am making, to which I referred in my reply to my hon. Friend's previous question of 27th March.
