§ Miss BONDFIELDThree officers of my Department recently paid a short visit to Germany to study the methods of dock labour engagement, and certain aspects of the placing machinery in the German Employment Exchanges. As their inquiries related to points of detail affecting departmental machinery, I do not propose to publish their report.
