§ The PRIME MINISTER (Mr. Ramsay MacDonald)The reply to the first two parts of the question put by my hon. Friend the Member for Leicester East (Mr. Wise) is in the negative. The agreements were laid on the Table of the House on 11th February and, no objection having been raised, His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom will deposit their ratification within a very few days.
