Major GRAHAM POLEasked the Secretary of State for India whether it is the intention of the Government of India to institute an inquiry into the arrangements in force in Northern India for the reception and care of emigrants returning from South Africa under the Cape Town agreement, similar to the review which is being made by the Government of the arrangements in force in Southern India?
§ Mr. BENNI have no information regarding such arrangements in Northern India, but if my hon. and gallant Friend desires it I will inquire.
