§ Mr. SPEAKER laid upon the Table Certificates of the Lord Privy Seal, pursuant to the Order of the House of the 11th day of December last, that it appeared to him that the following Bills are Bills which contain provisions relating to works the execution of which would substantially contribute to the early relief of unemployment:

§ The rents are inclusive of rates on all the estates except the Roosegate estate. The estimated expenditure on the estates for the year 1930–31 is£37,100; the estimated revenue is£36,360. It is not possible to state the numbers housed on each estate, as the size of tenants' families varies considerably.
