CLAUSE 2.—(Legal aid before Courts of Summary Jurisdiction.)

I beg to move, in page 2, line 25, to leave out the word "may," and to insert instead thereof the word "shall."

The same arguments apply in this case as those which I used in regard to the previous Clause. I understand that this Amendment will be accepted by the promoters of the Bill.
