§ MR. SPEAKER laid upon the Table a Certificate of the Lord Privy Seal, pursuant to the Order of the House of the 11th day of December last, that it appeared to him that the Torquay and Paignton Traction Bill [Lords] is a Bill which contains provisions relating to works the execution of which would substantially contribute to the early relief of unemployment.

§ MR. SPEAKER laid upon the Table a Certificate of the Lord Privy Seal, pursuant to the Order of the House of the 11th day of December last, that it appeared to him that the Great Western Railway (Docks) Bill (the Petition for which was not deposited by the Promoters on or before the 17th day of December) is a Bill which contains provisions relating to works the execution of which would substantially contribute to the early relief of unemployment.
