§ Miss BONDFIELDThe following countries have ratified the Convention, but on condition that their ratification does not become operative until the Convention has been ratified by other countries, of which Great Britain is one: Austria, France, Italy, Latvia, Spain.
§ Mr. MANDERDoes not that show the urgent importance of passing a Measure through the House? Can the right hon. Lady give any undertaking as to when it is going to be introduced?
§ Miss BONDFIELDI agree that it does, and I hope I shall be able to introduce a Bill before very long.
