HC Deb 27 March 1930 vol 237 c578
18. Sir KINGSLEY WOOD

asked the Home Secretary whether he can make a statement as to the Government's intentions concerning the Report of the Departmental Committee on the Poisons and Pharmacy Acts?

Mr. CLYNES

The Government recognise the importance of this Report, and will take it into consideration as soon as possible, but there is no prospect of their introducing comprehensive legislation which would be required to give effect to the Committee's recommendations this Session.
