§ 57. Mr. MARJORIBANKSasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer the revenue derived from duties on sugar imported from the British West Indies during the current financial year as compared with the previous financial year?
§ Mr. SNOWDENUp to the 28th ultimo the duty collected on sugar from the British West Indies during the present financial year amounted to £321,000 approximately, as compared with £402,000 for the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
