§ Mr. MANDERCould the right hon. Gentleman give any indication of the date when he will be likely to make a statement about this very important matter?
§ Mr. GRAHAMNo, Sir. I think, speaking from memory, that the Act expires in January, 1931. The matter is at present under consideration, and a statement will be made as soon as possible, but I could not at the moment promise a date.
