§ The PRIME MINISTERHis Majesty's Government have neither contemplated nor discussed any abatement of their obligations under the Covenant of the League of Nations or the Treaty of Locarno.
§ Colonel WEDGWOODMay we take it also that the Government have not discussed any increase in the way of those obligations?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI think all these questions ought to be put down, because the House will obviously understand that an unprepared answer is sometimes rudely given.
