§ Mr. LEES-SMITHA picture telegraph service with Berlin was opened on the 7th January, and has since worked in a satisfactory manner. The first pictures sent were an exchange of complimentary messages between the German Minister of Posts and myself.
§ Commander BELLAIRSWill the hon. Gentleman continue to assist the "Come to Britain" movement by attractive pictures?
§ Mr. LEES-SMITHIt has already been extended to Frankfort and Copenhagen.
