§ Mr. WARDLAW-MILNEIs not the right hon. Gentleman a little disturbed by the fact that there are so many of these cases in which no arrests have been made, and will he not represent this to the Government of India?
§ Mr. BENNI do not think the number of these cases give rise to undue disquiet. In this particular case, the shot was fired by a man who was not even seen by the persons in the car.
