§ Sir A. POWNALLHas the right hon. Lady thought of the possibility of making such arrangements with Germany, 618 where they have an unemployment insurance scheme not entirely dissimilar from ours?
§ Miss BONDFIELDI think that it is perhaps not sufficiently understood what is the arrangement. The arrangement is that these nationals are treated equally with ours if they are resident, and can qualify otherwise under the same conditions.
