Mr. DAYasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has any information of the meeting arranged to take place in Moscow between Soviet and Chinese representatives to finally settle all outstanding questions of the Chinese Eastern railway; and whether he can give the House particulars of the present position in Wuchow?
Mr. A. HENDERSONI have no information about this meeting, and do not know whether it has yet taken place. So far as I am aware, the West River is still temporarily closed to traffic and martial law remains in force at Wuchow.
