§ Miss BONDFIELDAccording to my present information, the Argentine Government has not yet ratified the Washington Convention. I understand that an Act has been passed regarding hours of work, and that regulations putting the Act into force (with some exceptions) have recently been made. I have not sufficient information to enable me to answer the detailed points raised in the second half of the question.
