asked the Prime Minister when it is proposed to ratify the London Naval Treaty?

Legislation will be required to implement some of the obligations assumed by His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom under the London Naval Treaty, and I, therefore, cannot yet make a definite statement as to date of ratification?

Mr. MANDER

Will the right hon. Gentleman bear in mind that this Treaty is supported by the overwhelming majority of the people of this country?
