§ Lieut.-Colonel FREMANTLEA question which I addressed to the Secretary 1758 of State for Foreign Affairs has been put on the Order Paper addressed to the Home Secretary, although it related to the pronouncement made by the Foreign Secretary at Geneva. Can it be transferred to the Department to which I originally addressed it?
