asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he intends to circulate a Bill containing the Government's proposals for the better marketing of agricultural produce before the close of the Session?

A Bill on this subject is being introduced to-day.

Can the right hon. Gentleman say if this is really the Government's policy making its first appearance?

Will the Minister of Agriculture send a copy of the Bill to the right hon. Gentleman the Member for West Woolwich (Sir K. Wood)?
