§ Mr. GREENWOODThe report is being considered by the Standing Joint Committee of the Metropolitan Borough Councils, but it appears that it will not be practicable for them to furnish their views during the Recess.
§ Lieut.-Colonel FREMANTLEWill the right hon. Gentleman take steps to see that this matter is not allowed to remain dormant during the Recess so that we shall not again be met with very much the same answer this time next year?
§ Mr. GREENWOODI hope the Recess will not last until this time next year.
