Lieut.-Colonel Sir FREDERICK HALLasked the Minister of Labour what will be the terms of reference to the Committee which has been set up to investigate the position of the Unemployment Insurance Fund; and whether it will be open to the Committee to inquire and report as to the varying standards of examination into the circumstances of applicants for unemployment benefit which are adopted by the different Employment Exchanges?
