We are now beginning the insertion of Amendments dealing with the provision of houses in rural districts. Will the Minister say whether there is anything of great substance in these Amendments or whether they are merely drafting?

This Amendment is purely drafting. As soon as we come to an Amendment of any substance we shall indicate it to the House.
