427 The majority of the Lords Amendments are purely drafting or consequential, and I do not think that the House need spend much time upon them. I will call the attention of the House to those particular Amendments which contain points of substance. There are four Amendments which I propose to ask the House to disagree with. The particular Amendment now before the House is consequential.
