§ Mr. MONTAGUEI regret that I am not, as yet in a position to make any statement, in regard to the cause of this most distressing accident. It is now being investigated by the Inspector of Accidents, and some time must elapse before his investigation is completed.
§ Captain HAROLD BALFOURCan the hon. Gentleman say whether there is going to be an open court of inquiry into the cause of this accident as there was into the loss of the "City of Ottawa"?
§ Mr. MONTAGUEI cannot answer that question definitely, but I should suppose so.
