Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to establish a Court of Criminal Appeal in Northern Ireland and to amend the Law relating to appeals in criminal cases in Northern Ireland, it is expedient to authorise the payment (as part of the expenses of the said Court) out of moneys provided by Parliament of the cost of taking any shorthand notes to be taken in pur- suance of the said Act, and of making any transcripts of the said notes to be furnished in pursuance of the said Act to the registrar of the said Court and to the Minister for Home Affairs for Northern Ireland."
