- Sir Francis L'Estrange Joseph, C.B.E., J.P.,
- Mr. John Morgan, and
- Mr. Robert Waddington.
- Mr. J. W. Brigden, His Majesty's Trade Commissioner for the United Kingdom at Johannesburg will act as Secretary to the Mission.
